YOUR CALL
Your call will be answered by our staff 24/7. Your details will be recorded and passed on to the colleague on duty. Call back in 20 minutes. A direct medical history is taken with the doctor, who gives an initial assessment until he arrives.

TREATMENT
On site, the doctor on call will take the time to talk to you and carry out a detailed examination, including rapid tests, swabs or blood samples if necessary. In most cases, she will be able to help you immediately or prescribe suitable medication. If necessary, you will also receive a sick note or prescriptions, e.g. for physiotherapy (private health insurance).

COSTS
We calculate according to the GOÄ (scale of fees for doctors) from. The home visit costs 190 to 250 € on average, depending on the time of day, the service provided, the distance and the day of the week. Self-pay patients pay conveniently with Card or cash.

Angina
The classic angina or tonsillitis, a fever of 40°C and an unbearable sore throat. Waiting for hours in the emergency room is an imposition and completely unnecessary, as this is a case for the outpatient department. We will prescribe the necessary antibiotics and painkillers, and a sick note can of course also be issued.
Urinary tract infection
Who hasn't experienced this? The urination burns, chills spread or a diffuse feeling of discomfort and nausea occur permanently. In many cases, this is caused by a urinary tract infection, especially in older people.
Please give us a call. We will prescribe the appropriate medication and supplement this with appropriate antispasmodic pain therapy.
Diarrhea and vomiting
The biggest problem is the loss of volume (fluid and electrolytes). To compensate for volume deficiencies and electrolyte imbalances, we naturally have all the materials for infusions as well as medication ampoules to relieve cramps and unbearable nausea.
Allergic reactions
We are happy to prescribe histamine blockers or, if necessary, cortisone for allergies of any kind.
Back pain
We can help with lumbago or similar back pain in the lumbar vertebrae with appropriate pain therapy.
The injections into the back, as is so often desired, are not the method of choice for regaining mobility. Direct back infiltrations are risky and should only be given under special circumstances. We give our back patients adequate pain therapy with highly potent painkillers, including artificial morphine, possibly in combination with cortisone to reduce swelling in affected areas, which puts pressure on nerves and causes additional pain.
If the examination reveals any neurological abnormalities, we will recommend imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) for further treatment and a more precise diagnosis.
